Question Is my motherboard dead?

Ok so my usb peripherals don’t light up and i don’t get any video output from my rx 580 and the power off button doesn’t shut my pc off.Is my mobo dead or it’s my psu,cpu(r5 2600).

Nope only the gpu and cpu tested at a friend who is on am4 so they were great

Breadboard the system and then try working with the bare minimum, without any storage drives.

I have 0 video output,just ordered a new mobo,i did rebuilt the pc and still no output and usb conection
