Are there any tests i can do to find out if my motherboard is faulty?

I am having random restarts and crashing which is driving my crazy.

I have checked my memory, replaced the PSU and reinstalled all my drivers with no improvements. Im beginning to think its a faulty mobo?

any troubleshooting suggestions would be much appreciated.

Solution
Well I hope it's not the motherboard considering the fact I just ordered one last night..

Try reinstalling your OS on a different drive. This will test if it is the OS and the drive at the same time. If it doesn't work on the other drive, then odds are it is the motherboard. If it works on the other drive, then it was either the drive or the OS.

To test the memory, take out the second stick of memory, start it back up and see if it randomly restarts. If it does, put the module you just took out and replace it with the existing one. If it restarts again, you know it isn't the the memory.

And before you do any of this.. Clear the CMOS.

I have tried with a fresh win 8.1 install on my 500gb hard drive and was getting the intermittent reboots and crashes so I imaged it with macrium reflect then restored that image onto my ssd which is how it's set up now.

I'm not convinced a fresh OS install will make any difference. I have a another OS on a separate partition of the ssd which has the same crash/rebooting type problem.

I did not reset the CMOS before or after any of these changes tho.

Do you think a fresh install with the CMOS reset is worth another shot?

Have tried all the above with no improvement. Do you suggest it take it back under warranty?

UPDATE
for some reason no memory dumps were being written to disk. I fixed this last night and today i have 3 memory dumps from crashes today.. plus now sometimes it wont wake up from sleep.. lol

below is the recent minidump files

Im about to pack it up and take it back tomorrow as i can't seem to find any solution. If anyone comes up with something please let me know asap.

Hey masterDell so I have tried all the suggested fixes with no luck, do you think it's time to take the mobo back under warranty?
