Is my motherboard malfunctioning?

Someone told me that the vCPU voltage is too high, and as you can see two temperature sensors report really high temps.
My CPU is i5 4690

Is it malfunctioning?
In the BIOS both CPU and mobo temp is 47c

Which software is THAT?
Usually some software can report like mine did 8GHz overclock... xD
Download CPU-Z and on first tab which opens should display "Correct" Vcore. If not then restart PC and go to bios under monitoring tab? And there you should find your Vcore.

Usually that Vcore should fry your CPU in next few minutes not even that.
