is my motherboard safe for overclocking ?

I have a rosewill arc 650w power supply and I want to use it to overclock my gtx 1070 and i5 6600k. What are the odds that this psu will kill my other parts and any other suggestions for a very good power supply in the 550-650w range?

I doubt i would kill other components most new psus have fail safes it sounds lile the psu is okish not good by any means but i would consider a new psu i have a corsair cm650x works great i would also consider a 750watt for a little more headroom
