Is my motherboard the problem or another PC component?

Hey please any help from anyone.
My motherboard does not display anything as it seems the hdmi output on the back of the board doesn't work as well as some of its usb ports.

In trying to solve the problem, I removed my gpu thinking it was that and my PC turns on perfectly but it doesnt display anything on the screen. When i have it with the gpu installed, it still doesn't display from any display ports either from the gpu nor the motherboard itself and with the gpu plugged in the PC turns on for a couple min then restarts again and again each time.

I may be wrong but believe its the motherboard itself ( either the pci express ports are broken or board just got fried) and also the hdmi port on the motherboard itself doesnt work. It might be the gpu since before my comp stopped working i was getting artifacts on the display and it said the kernel drivers stopped working, multiple times before it finally stopped displaying anything at all! I dont think it's the PSU, or RAM or other parts since it starts up regularly without the gpu but is unable to display anything.

BTW ive had this PC self-built since 2011 and worked great since then so it might be that it was just getting old but im not sure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)

This happened to me the other day, take the RAM out stick by stick... The channels were broken on mine so I can only have 2 sticks in and on different channels

Edit: I know you don't think it's the RAM, but it might actually be... Also it doesn't hurt to try

Well I tried and tested my RAM ( it's two 4gb sticks, 8gb in total, and ive tried all ram slots with each stick in every possible configuration, twice to make sure lol but the results dont change. I'm kinda sure it's not the RAM sticks, maybe the ram slots, themselves but the sticks seem good.

At first i thought it was the PSU but i have a corsair hx750 professional series and this PSU is pretty hardcore in everyway so i doubt it's that either..
Im thinking of ordering a new mobo but i dont want to waste money , just in case it's not the mobo but i just cant think of it being anything else.
