Question is my motherboard too hot

i have a msi970 a and a water cooled system with a fx8350 cpu when gaming the cpu is relativly cool running at around 45degrees c when playing csgo but with the water cooler my motheboard is running a lot hotter than it used to with tmpin1 idling at 50 degrees could this also be why my computer keeps turning its self off

when stressing my cpu and gpu it hit 80 degrees😳😳😱
