Have you:

Tried hard resetting the mouse? Hold down the DPI button and Mouse wheel click for 5 seconds.
Tried reinstalling the nGenuity software or are these the drivers you were talking about?
ngenuity is only on pulse fire pro i was mistaken as well :/ I tried your reset and nothing. I installed every kind of usb driver and intel engine components, the ones from driver booster and the ones from the asus recommended.

Yea you're right. I saw that as well after posting. The non-Pro model does not have any software to configure the RGB or mouse buttons. What exactly is the mouse doing? Freezing or Stuttering in-game? Have you chatted with one of their agents about this? Have you tried any 3rd party mouse software? I've read that "X-Mouse" is good, though I've not tried them myself. Do you have another mouse you could try? Even a generic one to rule out if your mouse's sensor/hardware is faulty.

my base that this mouse is defective is this program information "mouse movement recorder" it shows in the image red which means that the movement i done don't correspond it the movement on the screen and i don't have another mousei will try to contact hyperx if this forum don't provide me a solution.

So the program is saying one thing, but how is the mouse actually working? Does it move when your hand moves? Does your weapon shoot or zoom in when you press the corresponding button? What made you use the mouse tracking software to begin with is what I'm getting at.

when i flick the mouse the movement is not accurate but it's not noticeable to me, only the program made me suspect that it causes bad aim.

What DPI do you have the mouse set to? Is the optical sensor clean? Do you have pets? I do and from time to time a SMALL hair will find its way onto the mouse pad which eventually finds it's way onto/into the optical sensor causing problems similar to what your saying. Is it only in CS:Go? I ask because I read on Reddit that others with your same mouse were having issues WITH that particular game too oddly enough.

Have you done all of these as well?
