Im the autor of this post but with another account because I forgot my password XD, Is a FX8320E good? And does the MSI 970 4GB has a lot of difference with the MSI GTX 960 4GB?

The FX8320e is decent at best. It will likely bottleneck a 970 at least a little bit. Yes there is a pretty big difference between the 960 and 970.

And what about the GTX1060? Is it compatible with my motherboard? Will it bottleneck a lot with my cpu?

not little but, Huge, i have friend of mine he has AMD FUll BUILD with FX-8350 and GTX 1070 X8
he has big bottlenecking in every single game,

i have i5-4690k stock speed and GTX 970 i can run same games at Higher FPS then hes, at same Resolution 1080p60hz

so GTX 1060 is = GTX 980 or in some cases /Ti
= so that means bottlenecking will be huge.

Yeah there is no doubt the FX8320e is a relatively weak cpu. The i3 beats it in most games.

The setup should still at least provide decent performance.
