System is working fine even under heavy load and CPU temp around 90C but if I try to reboot it I'll get this message:
Over Current Have Been Detected On Your USB Device!!
System will shutdown after 15 seconds to protect your mainboard!!
After MB cooled down for 5 mins I am able to boot system again. This happens every time and only I try to reboot "hot" system.
Everything is on stock speeds, no overclocking at all.
I'm not expert but after visual inspection I found these "oil" spots, whatever it is, it can not be cleaned:
That is under those guys with melted tape adhesive:
That is power phases related stuff, right? May that be normal?
All usb ports visually seems to be fine. Also checked external ports for Voltage and Current draw: V=~4,975, I=0..0.120A (with plugged devices).
Tried to update BIOS via Dragon Center (which stucked for 1h and failed, resulting board brick. But then i was able to flash latest bios with Flash BIOS Button)

Is there anything I can do at all? What are my next steps? Should i run some tests/mesure something?
Is my motherboard fried?
MB is 1 year of age only. It is still under warranty (2y), but that will be 6 month to repair, because i need to send it to Germany first (computeruniverse).
System configuration:
Windows 10 (10.0.19042.630)
MSI MPG X570 Gaming Pro Carbon WiFi (MS-7B93) (BIOS 1.A0)
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, 4075 MHz (40.75 x 100)
GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
