Is my new CPU going to be compatible with my motherboard?

I built a PC about five years ago and the only thing I've upgraded is the GPU (GTX 770 to GTX 970). I'd like to update the CPU now and I'm wondering if it would conflict with my motherboard (or anything else). I'm on a college budget so I can't buy brand-new everything. I'm looking to pick up an i7-7700k. Here are my current specs:

CPU: i5-3470
GPU: GTX-970
Motherboard: MSI B75MA-P45

Tell me if you need any other info - it's been a while since I delved into the world of computer parts :p

That motherboard is an LGA1155 socket, but the 7700K is an LGA1151, so that's a no go.

You'd need something like a H170 chipset motherboard, and if you wanted to overclock (as you have an unlocked CPU), I think I'm right in saying you'd need a Z170 chipset board.

RAM would also be an issue, as you'd need DDR4 modules.
