IS My NEW PC BUILD WITH PENTIUM G4560 CAPABLE OF PLAYING LATEST GAMES?

Hello! How's it Going guys???
So, I am in a budget of Rs.40,000 INR(Indian Rupees)Including the monitor

I have thought of buying the new PENTIUM G4560 as my CPU
Here's the Specs of my PC:-

1) CPU:- Pentium G4560:- Rs.4620/-
2) GPU:- RX 460 4GB SINGLE FAN GDDR5 GRAPHICS:-Rs. 11,340/-
3) MOBO:- GIGABYTE B250M DS3H :- Rs.6,864
4) RAM:- 8GB CORSAIR VENGENCE LPX DDR4 RAM:- Rs.4465
5) HDD:-WD HARD DISK 1TB SATA BLUE WD10EZEX:- Rs.3507
6) PSU:- Corsair VS Series VS450 - 450 Watt SMPS:- Rs.2,747
7) Cabinet Circle Gaming Cabinet CC 821 without SMPS (with 3 LED FAN):- Rs.3200

Total:- Rs.36,743/-

So, i want to know from you guys that:
Q1) can i play games like COD IW,COD AW,WWE2K17,GTA 5,WITCHER 3,FIFA 17 on 720p or 900p without any lags??
Q2)Is the G4560 really capable of playing this Games?? Also ACCORDING TO GAME DEBATE I FOUND THAT THIS SYSTEM CAN PLAY GTA 5 AT LOW SETTINGS AS THEY RATED IT 1/10
Q3) Can anyone suggest me a 720p or 900p monitor within the price of Rs4000-5000??

Sorry, the post it quite large, as its my first time here.

3 look at used monitors, im sure you can snag a nice monitor.

remark: loko for a ebtter powersupply , even if its used and it has got the rband seasonic on it , its good.

I do know that games like The Witcher 3 use 4 cores of a processor if your chip has them and I'm using a i5-6500 with R9 270 and it runs ok but I need to have the graphics at medium. With a G4560 since its only 2 cores your gonna be missing out a bit.

depends to what you compare it, have you seen the benchmarks of the g4560? insanely good for the price.

Yeah I did see some reviews, for the price your totally right. Its crazy good. I also just saw that Hyper-Threading is enabled on that chip so it will SORT of have 4 cores available for gaming.

Another Option is GTX 1050Ti instead of RX 460 4GB SINGLE FAN GDDR5 GRAPHICS:-Rs. 11,340/-
Small Change in RAM: Have two 4GB + 4GB Sticks and Have dual channel configuration instead of single 8GB CORSAIR VENGENCE LPX DDR4 RAM
Add SSD Drive to your setup it will significantly improve whole system speed

If you want further low budget, you can have the below configuration
AMD APU 7850K (Good Graphics performance)
SSD
Compatible Motherboard
And same remaining things as above
