Is my OC "ok"? What is NB Frequency and how does it affect my OC? (Other Voltage questions)

I did a little overclocking from the stock 3.8GHz to 4.0 in my BIOS. I set the NB Frequency @ 2400 and CPU Voltage @ 1.425v. Are these values OK? What dangerous signs I should be looking out for so I know just to switch it all back to stock?

Should I lower the voltage?

I would love to know more about OCing AMD processors and how the NB Freq/Voltage affect each other!!

-Motherboard: ASRock N68-VS3 FX
-CPU: AMD FX 4130 Quad Core @ 4.0 (OC)

If you are somewhat still novice about overclocking you should only overclock your CPU by changing the multiplier in the BIOS and testing for stability after each increase of 1 with prime 95, you run a torture test for about 10 or 15 minutes and you check your CPU temps with a software like HWinfo or Speed Fan for example wich monitor every temps in your system including north brige temps and VRM's temps...if no core fails within 10 or 15 minutes then get back to BIOS and raise 1 more on the multiplier...if a core fail it means you must increase voltage to gain back stability...BUT CHECK YOUR TEMPS AT ALL TIMES to make sure you are still within the limits of your CPU COOLER, if you do not have an aftermarket cooler it's likely that your...
