Solution
Your motherboard makes no difference in performance.

The biggest issue I see is your CPU, the first gen Ryznes were somewhat lacking on single core performance and in gaming that makes for lower performance. You also have slower speed RAM and with Ryzen it can account for a 5-15% loss of performance compared to 3200mhz or faster RAM

As far as running on higher settings yes you can, however if you are on say 1080P your top end framerate might be lower then other systems due to the issue I pointed out. If you are on 1440P then the framerate issue will be lessened but still present.

If I were you I would look at upgrading your RAM to a faster dual channel kit, and perhaps a new CPU like the Ryzen 3600. If you do get a new CPU you...

Ok but before i asked this question i thinked off upgrade bios get ryzen 5 2600 and buy 2x8gb 2666mhz but ok :)

Ok but i cant find it where i live 🙁
it's not actually called a 1600 af, i guess that's just the name others have given it? On Amazon it'll just be 1600, and it will be 85 dollars instead of however much a normal 1600 is, the only difference between the two that I can tell is one is the af is 12 nm instead of 14 nm
