-------
I'm having doubts, because I can play some brand new high tech games, but others it failes, or overheats. For example, Arma requires more of your pc than for example squad, I can play arma without any issues, but squad I have to close the game after one match, or it'll crash on the second. I'm pretty sure Rainbow six siege requires more pc power than ring of elysium, yet my pc runs rainbow six siege perfectly, but crashes with rin og elysium.

Is this just the game providers own issues, since most of the games I crash in are from these new small companies, and the ones where I dont are big established companies.

It runs smoothly, although I do believe the GPU and RAM could be replaced.

Your GPU is is fairly old, the 700 series performance also tanked out of nowhere a couple of years ago. CPU is still serviceable but will struggle in newer games that are optimal for newer, higher core count chips. Plus the side channel attack mitigations won't have helped it. A GPU upgrade could solve a lot of your issues
