MY QUESTION IS I WANT TO PLAY THE LATEST GAMES AT 60+ FPS MAINLY ONLINE ONES SHOULD I GO FOR AN UPGRADE OR NOT IF YES TELL ME SOME GPUS THANK YOU !

If you really want to play all the latest games at 60+ FPS, you'll likely need a completely new system and not just a graphics card.

Also check your keyboard. Your caps lock looks to be stuck.

It depends on the types of games you play.
Generally, I think your graphics is the most restrictive part of your pc.
You are looking at a $200 card to get to 60fps at your resolution.

If by online, you mean multiplayer games, then you are looking at a good Intel quad core processor, also in the $200 range (plus new motherboard and ram)
