I've been looking at getting a PC for weeks now and i keep stalling because i don't know if i'm getting the right parts for each other. I've been stuck on what CPU and graphics card i should get so feedback and that would be great as well.

components:

CPU: Intel - Core i5-7500 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler:Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard:MSI - Z270 GAMING PRO CARBON ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Ram/memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
storage: Intel - 600p Series 512GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive
Graphics card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB SC GAMING Video Card
case: NZXT - S340 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case
PSU: EVGA - SuperNOVA G2 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply.

feedback would be greatly appreciated

The best at it's price range is a ryzen 1600 & a b350 board as already suggested.
No doubt about that at all.

You're in oz ? What's your budget for the tower itself.

You ought to use partpicker which shows incompatibilities & will give you beat prices on exponents etc.

Eg.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor ($279.00 @ Shopping Express)
Motherboard: ASRock - Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming K4 ATX AM4 Motherboard ($133.00 @ Shopping Express)
Memory: GeIL - EVO POTENZA 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($192.50 @ Umart)
Storage: Crucial - MX300 525GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive ($205.00 @ Umart)...

Advantages of R5 1600 against the i5 7500:
Three times more threads = ridiculous performance benefit
Overclockable

$349 in total

$330 in total

Total platform cost is less
AM4 is planned to last until 2020

Everything else looks great.

I wouldn't suggest that you do anything with unless you need to no point wasting your money when your build is fine.
but if anything I'd suggest getting an unlocked processor that you can overclock since you have a z270 motherboard

That's the minimum amount of time until you have to get a new motherboard if you want a better cpu. Until then, you can just drop in the next gen Ryzen chips into that board you can get now after a BIOS update. This is amazing value for money since equivalent intel boards are replaced after just a year. Just look at Z170.

so is the AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Processor with Wraith Spire Cooler (YD1600BBAEBOX) and the ASUS ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING AMD Ryzen AM4 DDR4 HDMI DisplayPort M.2 USB 3.1 ATX B350 Motherboard the best choice for my PC. and also is that motherboard good for the processor, its a lot cheaper than the MSI - Z270 even if it is American price (I'm Australian). I Think I'll take your advice and get these two selections that you recommended, incase you recommend anything else. Thank you for your time. I want to make this PC the best it can be at this price range.
