Is my PC case compatible with i5-4690 & Z97 PC Mate?

Hey, I've been doing research about it but I've reached a point where I'm feeling completely overwhelmed.

My current case is CiT Shadow Interior Mesh Case with 500W 12cm PSU. Would it be compatible with the i5-4690 and MSI Z97 PC Mate s1150? I currently have i5-3470 and MSI B75MA-E33. I don't plan to overclock, if that makes a difference.

My other specs, just in case:
8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 664MHz
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (MSI)
1863GB ATA ST2000DM001-1CH1 SCSI Disk Device (SATA)
TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-224BB SCSI CdRom Device
