Is my PC good to run Garry's Mod without Lag ?

Here are the Specs:
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3200+ 2.01Ghz
Model MSI MS 7260
3 GB of RAM
64 bit operating system
Graphics card Specs
NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS
Approx. Total Memory : 1521mb
Monitor: Generic PnP Monitor

Can i run Garry's Mod with these specs ?
Also what other games can i run with this ?

Wow, I haven't seen a PC with that specs for quite some years.

The system requirements for that game is:
OS: Windows® Vista/XP.
Processor: 1.8 GHz Processor.
Memory: 2 GB RAM.
Graphics: DirectX® 9 level Graphics Card (Requires support for SSE)
DirectX: Version 9.0c.
Network: Broadband Internet connection.
Storage: 5 GB available space.
Sound Card: DirectX® 9 compatible

I would say, you should be able to run Garry's Mod with your PC.

as for other games, anything older than 2007-2008 (perhaps also some games up to 2010?) should run quite ok.
Your PC should be an around 2006-2007 build.

Your PC brings back quite some memories of several years back.
I bought Pentium D805 in Q4 2005 and Q6600 in Q4 2007.
