So is my pc ready for the next gen gaming..
I hope my build can play next gen games at medium-high

Do you also owned i5 4690k?

This is the rationale in a nutshell of why i5 is better than FX.

IPC - instructions per cycle
Game`s CPU utilization
Software optimization

*i5 have more IPC than the FX 8320 eventhough it has more cores.

* for games which utilizes 2 or more cores i5 will have the advantage for it has 4 cores and higher IPC than the FX 8320 because the remaining 4 cores will not utilize.

*Software optimization depends on the games developer and they are the ones to decide of how many core the game will utilize.

Conclusion, i5 will be better for current games.

A hefty amount of misinformation here.
You don't need to replace your CPU, any 4th gen i5 will outperform the FX line CPUs in gaming, not to mention the 2.5 times lower TDP in intels favour, thus generating less heat, more stable overall. Yes more cores are good, but do keep in mind the FX CPU cores are weak, their architecture is ancient compared to 4th gen intel. Also bigger clock speed does NOT translate into faster processing. It's all about efficiency.
95% of games today use 2 cores, rarely more and you wont see a sudden jump from 2 cores to 8. It wont happen in a couple of years. And by the time games start using 8 cores the FX line will be obsolete, until AMD actually comes up with something new.

To OP; Just grab 2 more gigs of RAM and later a better GPU, GTX 750Ti is a good entry level card but later on you will need something stronger. R9 280 and upwards and GTX 760 and upwards.

Maybe you should stop being a fanboy and at least understand the basics okay?
1.) Real world performance i5 > FX. Google it.
2.) AMD CPUs have a lot higher TDP. Thats a FACT not a stereotype, Google it.
3.) I've spent 10 minutes to check out major sites again about the architecture, each of them stated they are OLDER than gen.4 intel architecture. Google it.
4.) IPC. Google it.
5.) Watchdogs is quite possibly the worst example since we all now how poorly optimized the game is. (Google will tell) And did you just say that next games need 4 cores? Thats good, you wont need 8 then right?
6.) Again games wont use suddenly 8 cores, just because consoles have LOW CLOCK, 8 core CPUs (2 reserved for OS, that makes it 6 usable cores, and again LOW CLOCK cores).
7.)I've built couple of PCs for my friends, with FX6300, FX8320, i5 4590k, i5 4690k, i7 4770k CPUs sure I'm not the owner of those machines but I can see how they perform, and i5s perform better. If you dont believe it go buy 2 configs and see which one performs better. Or you know what? Google it.

Well you still replied. It's okay it's hard for the fanboys to understand the facts. Why would you even recommend an FX8350 when the 8320 is just as good if you overclock it and it is cheaper? And just because you said you are not biased that doesnt mean you are not. Your actions speak louder. And still FX8350 wont beat the i5. It would be a sidegade, and OP would have to buy a new MoBo for nearly the same performance? Think about this. I am not biased, I just don't want to screw OP over. Get over it.

Mate it's not "two times" it is TWICE. Corrected it for you, looks like english is giving you trouble.
I'm not trying to make myself look good here, but again, whats the point of buying a CPU + MoBo combo for 250$+ while gaining no actual performance boost? Let's say OP wants to build a PC from scratch then it's perfectly fine. I'm not sayin AMD CPUs are bad, I'm saying it's utter stupidity spending 250$+ on a sidegrade.

Your build is okay for entry level gaming. Truth to be told, only your GPU is holding you back.

Looks like the folks got confused in the comments, allow me to make things clear for you.
The most crucial part you need to upgrade is the graphics card, then a new monitor, preferably a FullHD one and then you should buy more RAM. 6GB might seem sufficient I recommend you to upgrade it to 8GB for now.

On to the GPUs:
GTX760, R9 270x or newer cards. Those will give you a significant increase in performance, they are better what you can find in next-gen consoles.

For the monitor:
Buy at least a FullHD one, there are millions of options, you can read more about them here on Tom's.

And the RAM:
6GB is sufficient for most of the games, but newer games will require more for sure. Try to upgrade your RAM at least to 8GB, that will be enough for the coming 1-2-3 years but if NOT, they you can easily upgrade it, this wont be a problem.

You don't need to sell or upgrade your CPU, it's a really good piece of technology, will serve you well in the coming years.
Hope this was helpful to you!
