Is my PC staying cool enough?

Hey all i recently built a new pc on my own for the first time and had 0 experience in building one and i was wondering what is the normal CPU and GPU temperatures? I have no clue about desktops, i always had laptops.

my current specs are

intel i5 4690 (stock cooler)

sapphire r9 280x (dual-x)

for the CPU the temps are ranging 28-30 degrees C when doing nothing other than being on google chrome

and GPU is at 30 degrees C doing nothing also.
Are those temps normal? I dont know anything about pcs except buying laptops and just installing games.

Yes, those specs are good. It's when it starts getting towards 60 degrees C that it's getting too hot. CPU has an auto shutdown at about 100 degrees C.

As long as you aren't overclocking, you don't need to worry that much about temperature.
