Hello, I was wondering if this PC is worth the cost, and if it is able to run games like GTA V, Far Cry 4 and Skyrim Ultra Modded on high settings.

No. It's not worth it.

Your graphics card is out dated.
Your memory is not paired. (3x4GB???)
You have a lowish end power supply.

US PC Part Picker currently lists this build at around $200 less than your price. If you're trying to sell this as a used computer, you could probably get ~ $1400 for it (and its issues). You'd likely be better off selling the components individually.

As I don't game, I won't get into it's gaming performance.
