it requires dual 8-pin pcie cables

that psu has four 6+2-pcie cables



so yes it is compatible


but that psu is pretty terrible, tier 4 tin can


I would not run a nice 1080 on that, replace it with a proper tier 1 or 2 unit, in 520w or better:
