Is my power supply enough?

Im getting a i5 6402u and a gtx 960 and then a guy reccomended a aerocool af 600 600w psu but it is very cheap and it says max combined wattage 600 not continous, is it enough for ny rig?

any tier 1 or 2 psu with 550W should be able to handle it man.. But go for a 650W so u can do some upgrades..

my answer was simple
if its a tier 1 or 2 psu yes its enough..
if its not any and if its a tier 3 or 4 dnt get it

It's a garbage quality power supply, throw it out your window. Simple.
Get a season s12 ii or Xfx if you are on a budget

Yes technically it is.

You only need a good 450w unit (or a low quality 600w unit in your case)
But you shouldn't cheap out on the heart of your PC.

Aerocool power supplies are very poor quality , I wouldn't use one on any system.

Spec wise , yes it should run a setup with a 960 , should you run it , not really , but that's up to you.

Quality is very poor.

seasonic mk ii 620w or the 520w or else the xfx 550w
they are the cheapest

Look for XFX , Seasonic , EVGA GS or G2 , Corsair RMX , Cooler Master V series.
