Is my processor temperature ok??

at idle that is within avg 7% load temperature is avg 40degree Celcius.
at35-40% load temperature is within 56-58 degree celcius.
I live in India. and its summer now.
Is the temperature is ok? or I need to worry???
plz tell me if anything is wrong. Advance thanks.

Your CPU temps should not go up to 67.4°C, which is the max CPU configuration for your CPU, according to Intel http://ark.intel.com/products/65516/intel-core-i5-3550-processor-6m-cache-up-to-3_70-ghz

Then why intel processor comes with those worst heat sinks??

makes it cheaper for them, they use the same for all there processors means they can mass produce them then
