i want to check first is my psu good enough for 1060 / 1050ti ?

if my psu good enough i will go for 1060, but if its bad maybe ill choose 1050ti, it has $100 difference of price on my country..

It would work but not really recommended, because it looks like a low quality design (the one year warranty really gives it away) with a maximum of 336W on the 12V rail, which may lead to system instability over time.
You PSU can handle those cards. Even though they are powerful cards they don't draw much power.
The 1050 ti with a 14nm Pascal chip draw up to 75W and according to the site it recommended power supply is 350W while the 1060 with a 16nm chip draws up to 120W with recommended power supply of 400W. You need a 6-pin on a 1060 which your PSU have. We'll go with 1060.
