Is my PSU 700w enough for 980ti oc?

I have aurum gold 700w, and im planning to buy msi gtx 980ti gaming, i'm planning to use it in gaming mode and oc mode of the msi app, is the aurum gold 700w enough to handle overclocking? My processor is i5 4690k.

Sorry, its not 750, 700w only, is it enough for overclocking, i might oc the processor and the gpu using the msi app oc mode.
