Hello, I have a Thermaltek RGB ThoughtPower 850W, is this the recommended PSU for that GPU or I need to upgrade to 3.0 ATX, PCIe 5.0 PSU 1000W??

No. And since you'll need a larger wattage psu anyway, might as well get an ATX 3.0 standards psu of the right size since they are a direct fit for the 40 series, whereas All the ATX 2.0 standards psus that are currently made need adapters to fit the new gpus.

Ehh, 1650w and it's only Gold rated. And I love the description (in English) on that picture stating it can 'pipe upto 600w to pcie 5.0 graphics cards'. What's the other 1050w doing?
