Is my PSU enough for GTX 1050 ?

Intel Core i5-3470 3.3Ghz
8GB RAM DDR3 (2x4)
HDD 500GB
PSU:Chieftec APS-500S

Short answer: Yes.

Slighty longer answer: Based on your system you're well within capacity of your 500W PSU. The most that card will take itself is ~75W. Your CPU us very efficient and I would not be surprised if you were well under 200W with the 1050 in your system.
