Hello .
I want to know that is corsair vs 450 enough for Sapphire RX 570 Nitro. 4gb DDR5
And also want to know that will my mobo ASUS M5A7 8Mlx supports it .
I'm using two extra 80mm fan and two extra 120mm fan
processor AMD Phenom II x4 840
8 GB ddr3 ram.

Your mobo should support it, but your cpu will limit the performance of rx 570 by a lot. So if you are not planning to upgrade your cpu in the future there is pointless to go with anything higher than rx 560/gtx 1050 (ti).
For psu, sapphire recommend 500W.

In theory yes. I cant tell your for sure because I dont know the condition of your psu. Keep in mind corsair vs series are not good quality.
