Here are my current computer specs:

CPU:
Intel I5 4440 3.32GHZ CPU

RAM
8GB DDR3 1600 memory (2x4GB) Kingston Hyperx Fury Black

HD
1TB sata-3 HD Segate

PSU
CM Elite V2 550W ATX Power Supply

SSD
120GB SSD Kingston

MotherBoard
MSI CSM-B85M-E45 (B85 chipset / 4 Ram slot)

GPU
EVGA GTX750Ti 2GB DVI-I+HDMI+DP 02G-P4-3751-KR

Now, all of these are 4 years old. I mostly use it to play PUBG. I'm looking to upgrade my gpu to a GTX 1060 6gb, and I will be overclocking it. Do i have a good enough PSU? Also, should I get a new CPU? Will it help me in performance, or should i get a new one just because mine is already 4 years old?

If I were to get a new CPU, I'd only be willing to spend $350 CDN max.

Thanks

Solution
The psu is very poor quality and should be replaced ASAP, especially where you want to add a new GOU that requires more power and want to OC it on top of that. You should feel lucky a CM elite has manged to last 4 years given it low quality capacitors it's likely to fail sooner than later and with psus of this low caliber hardware damaged when they fail is a real possibility.

Get the 1060+ a new PSU then upgrade the CPU when you can afford a full platform upgrade(motherboard, CPU, and ram).
If you get a new cpu, you'll also need to get a new motherboard, and new ram (DDR4), so for 350CDN, you wont be getting an upgrade.
And yes, a 550W CM PSU is definitely capable of supporting a GTX1060, even if it's 4 years old

A decent quality 450w PSU would be enough for your specs plus a GTX 1060. Bronze, gold etc are just efficiency ratings not a measure of a PSU's build quality. The cheapest I'd suggest is the CX450 but if you can spend a little more the 550W Seasonic Focus is a a good option(and on sale it seems) and it will leave room for future expansion.
