biostar tz77a mobo

320gb hitachi deskstar
2x 120mm fans,2x 80m fans,1x 140mm fan

I'm just wondering if it would run a gtx 470 by ASUSTek
http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/NVIDIA_Series/ENGTX4702DI1280MD5/
if so, would it be safe?

I have about $80 that I could spend,I was thinking of using it for something else. What power supply would you say I should buy that could handle any 1 video card up to a 7950 or a gtx 480,or a gtx 560 sli, without any issues at all.because if I'm gonna buy a new psu I want to know that I will never have issues with it.that I will keep it for up to 5yrs without need for upgrade.if at all possible id like this item to be in stock at a microcenter in colorado

and the 7 series, you listed the 6990,what about 7950 and such?would I be able to sli two 560's on it without problems?

I've been looking at the tx650 and it looks great, but there are alot of people saying that under load the psu's noise level is beyond reasonable.....do you know by any chance if this is just a issue a few people experience,or if it's a flaw in the product design? I keep seeing that the v1 didnt have this issue and that its only the v2 model
