Hi, so back in 2013 I bought a Corsair VS450 (big mistake buying the VS series, I know). Anyway I used to run FX6300 + HD7770 on it and it worked fine without any problem, however for the past half year, the PSU's fan gets extremely loud when under load with same FX6300 + HD7770. I then upgraded to RX470 and undervolted it (MSI Afterburner reports that GPU core uses about 70-80w topping at 90w in gaming) and the PSU's fan is still very loud at load. I tried cleaning its fan by blowing compressed air from the outside but I still have the issue. Should I be worried? Has my PSU degraded? Also here are some Screenshots of Rail voltages on Idle and Load as reported by HWmonitor.

Do note that I'm running Unigine Heaven 4.0 + Prime95 at the same time to put load on the PSU.

EVGA SuperNOVA 550 G3, 80 Plus Gold 550W - $85, in my opinion its worth it so you don't have issue like this. It should lastly you at least 7 years (based on the warranty).

What PSU would you recommend for this configuration? I'm looking to buy something from $50 to $70.
