I think so because my ram specs are very similar to that of high density.

My ram.

1gb 1r×8 pc2-6400u-666-12-ZZ

The ram I want to buy

4gb 2r×8 pc2-6400u-666-12-E3

OK. Samsung module part number M378T2863DZS-CF7; 1 GB 1Rx8 PC2-6400U-666-12-ZZ definitely uses 1 Gb density memory chips.

EDIT: There is no official standard as to what is or isn't high density memory. It is subjective, and open to interpretation. Because of this, it is suggested that memory density be considered in terms of actual density values instead of trying to determine whether the memory is or isn't high density.
Assuming 8 memory chips, the 1 GB 1Rx8 PC2-6400U-666-12-ZZ module uses 1 Gb (= 128 MB) memory chips.

Assuming 16 memory chips, the 4 GB 2Rx8 PC2-6400U-666-12-E3 module uses 2 Gb (= 256 MB) memory chips.

If wanting further details and confirmation of memory chip density, what are the part numbers of the modules please?

Not sure what your asking.

But if you are saying, but when talking about the density of memory.
It relates to how large each memory chip, on the memory stick is.

For example to have a 1Gb memory stick 8 physical ram chips of a density each of 128Mb.

Or a memory stick can have 16 ram chips of 64Mb each.
Or four memory chips on the memory stick of 256Mb

For a single 4GB memory the density of each memory chip can be 256Mb if each side of the memory stick is populated with ram chips. in row or banks of 8 chips per side.
