its a corsair vengeance lpx 2x8 gb 3000mhz 15-15-15-36 is it running at max frequency???? thanks!!

Yes it is , you multiply that number by 2 = 3000mhz. DDR = Double Data Rate

no i only set the mhz to 3000 since it was att like 2133
