Question Is my RAM stick Broken?

I've had both sticks for around 2-3 weeks and it has been working fine. however, when i went to boot my computer today, my motherboard has a red light on DRAM and the display wont show even though the computer's power is working. When i boot with 1 RAM stick it works fine, but when i try to boot with the other 8gb stick the error on the motherboard appears again... Is one of my sticks broken?

• B450 tomahwak Max
• 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB pro 3200mhz
• Ryzen 5 3600

- RM750x 80 plus Gold PSU
- GTX 1050ti
