Is my rig good as per my requirement? Also suggest me PSU and cooling solution.

I am getting
CPU - i7 6700K,
MB - Asus Z170 Pro Gaming
RAM - Corsair 16 GB DDR4 Vengeance LPX 2400Mhz
HDD - WD Black 2TB
GPU - GTX 970 4GB OR [ Will get next month]

My question is - What would be the better cooling solution? I would be overclocking up to 4.5 GHz.

Should I go for liquid cooling or air cooling would work? I am thinking to get Cooler Master Hyper 212X Air cooler.

Which PSU do I need to go for?
650 W, 750 W, 850 W or 1200 W?

I am building a future proof rig for intensive video editing, Web development, running the apps like After effect, Sony Vegas, Camtasia, 2-3 Virtual machines, XAMPP, webstorm,

Multitab browsing, simultaneously working on different apps.

I am not pro but medium+ level gamer.

Please suggest.

in all honestly you would be better off with a 5820k.

psu 650w evga supernova g2 or gs.

cheap cryorig h7 - med dark rock pro 3- expensive cryorig a40 ultimate / kraken 61

- dont forget a ssd.
