Is my rig here better than PS4 and ready for Fallout 4?

core i7 930 @ 2.8 ghz
GTX 770
Ram 10 gb
Windows 10 64bit

Is my computer better than the PS4 and how well do you think this can handle Fallout 4?

Not a fair comparison. It should put out quality graphics albeit at a lower framerate. Remember that the PS4 (all consoles) are optimized for graphics and use RISC operating software so it isn't a fair comparison.

The ps4 will run fallout 4 in 1080p @30 fps. The quality will not be similar to 1080p on ultra on the pc.

A console is basically a mass produced pc for around the price of a high end gpu.. And the maker also need to make money bye selling it to the consumer.

I read somewhere that it'll run at 900p @ 30fps on the PS4. I'm sure that right will get at least that frame rate. Your above the minimum specs I believe but not quiet at the Recommended. So a good Med/High graphics presets can get you a respectable frame rate.

Xl2and0m you are properly right these next gen consoles are not so next gen.

Back on subject you will properly run it 1080p high
