Is my Router Broken or what?

i have a simple question guys. Idk what happen to my router. I try to connect my smarthpone to the router and its connect but after a while i got dc and reconnected again to the wifi. its always repeated around 2 - 3 min.its really annyoing but my computer fine with it. i mean its never dc. anyone can solve this?

Are you walking around talking on your smartphone? Could be just degrading or interrupting the signal.

Stay next to the router and see if the disconnects continue?

Do you have admin rights to the router? May need a configuration change. E.g., could be that the number of allowed devices needs to be increased.

well i dont have any problem with other wifi so its not my phone fault

im not talking on my smartphone. ofc i have the admin rights. the only device connected to my wifi is my phone and my pc

PC is wired or wireless?

Are both your PC and smartphone using DHCP - no static IP conflicts....?

Wireless is secure (meaning no one else could be getting on your network) - correct?

Okay, that said:

Check your router's logs and see if there are any entries matching the disconnect times.

Likewise check the event logs on the PC as well.

Need to pin down some sort of consistent event or condition to determine possible causes and then a solution.
