Hi,
I own this GPU for a 3,5y. Since January my pc started freezing and monitor going black but PC still had the power. It happened always when my GPU was on 100% usage, sometimes just a minute after playing game or couple seconds on FurMark benchmark. Reseating GPU fixed it for a week but last friday it just crashed again and since then it seems like GPU is not receiving any power(no display, fans not spinning) GPU never had any temperature issues. I checked it on diffrent pc but it doesn't work either. Is there any chance it might work again? Or just trying to repair it is a waste of money?
Here is my PC:
CPU: i5 4570
GPU: Gigabyte RX460 2GB
MOBO: Gigabyte h81m-s1
RAM: 8GB (2x4GB DDR3 1333mhz)
PSU: SilentiumPC Vero L1 500W

most local shops will test hardware for a low price but if it fails to work in a second system, i would imagine it is just dead.

make sure it's PCIe contacts aren't damaged or loose. make sure it's 8/6pin power connection(s) aren't loose. if neither, i would just write it off as gone.

after 3.5yrs it's probably time for an upgrade anyway.

Can you source a PSU form somewhere
There is a small chance that your PSU is failing rather than your GPU

Also the fact that your PSU comes from a wonky brand strenghtens this assumption

I don't think its PSU fault. You may not recognize this brand because it's polish company, they produce very good products but I think only for polish market . It also has 80 plus certificate so it's not that bad. Also I checked on a different PSU like I said in my post and card didn't start(I don't remember this brand but it's pretty good 500W psu )

Ok, even if the brand is good, I would still suggest it, even good brand psu's can fail
