Question Is my Ryzen 5 5600X bottlenecking my PC ?

Hello it seems that in every single game i play i get terrible fps, stutters ,freezes ,lags,very inconsistent fps and frametimes.My temperatures are on the average side so i've ruled out overheating. Please can somebody tell me what the problem is and what i should upgrade to fix my issue?

My PC specs are:
Mobo: MSI B450M a Pro Max II
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 7600 OC Edition
RAM: 32GB DDR4 Kingston Fury Renegade 3200Mhz (running dual channel)
SSD: 1TB NVMe M.2
PSU: Chieftec Eon 600w (80+ standard rated)
