[SOLVED] Is my set up good to stream fortnite?

When I play fortnite in 144 fps, runs 100% perfect. But when I stream with OBS, you can forget it. Laggy and horrible graphics. Any of these parts to poor to stream with? Thank you!

Your Rig seems fine. Please check your encoding settings. Also check your netspeed mainly your upload speed
encoding settings for twitch and yt as they suggest
