Is my sound card dead?

So I reset my pc (sound was working before reset) and all of a sudden my sound isnt working, I ttried to get the realtek sound drivers for windows 10 but it says is failure with a code, I tried everything but it wont work, what should I do?

do a full unistall of the realtek audio driver from system then go to board maker to load them from there . what was the reset you made .
