Is my SSD Defective?

Hey guys, so after only about a couple of months of using my new built pc, I tried to boot my pc and the windows loading screen showed up but soon after it will just say no input. However I can still access ASUS motherboard bios, just not windows. I tried reseting the CMOS, CMS, boot priorities and fast boot but that didn't solve anything. So I tried to reinstall windows completely and it worked for only a few minutes until my pc crashed and couldn't launch windows, only bios. The Windows icon would just load and say no input. Im not sure if this is an SSD problem.

I have no other HDDs to test so I wanted to know If a should get another different Samsung EVO SSD and return my current one.

Find someone who can download and burn an Ubuntu Linux disk for you. Boot to the Linux disk and from LiveCD run a few tests on your hard drive.
