is my system Bottleneck?

Hello guys, just need a little bit of help, i just build a anew system. my pc spec is:

proc ryzen 7 1700
Memory Gell Evo x 4x4gb ddr4
gpu 1070 ti zotac mini
thermaltake 753 watt 80 bronze
win 10 pro 64 bit

i got ugly performance ij evry game, event far cry 5, i only got 57 fps on 1440p resolution, but other people in youtube that have 1070 ti zotac mini they got event above 60fps. pliz help.

my ram speed is pc19200 ram,
and my cpu usin costum water colling, and im using an open case thermaltake P3.
