Is my system good enough for VR

Hello Guys, can you please let me know is my system is good for VR (Oculus Rift)?
Also, is my system good for an upgrade in 2018?
If so, what build do you recommend for CPU (AMD and Intel), GPU (AMD and Nvidia)?

What if i update the Video Card to an MX580, 8GB?

That is my PC, I just want to be able to get VR by changing components if possible.
SO, you think the CPU can handle VR if i put a MX580(8GB)?
