Is my temperatures normal?

Ok so i have been having some problems with my temperatures lately. On idle the temeperatures is between 40-43 celsius. And on load it jumps all the way up to around 70. I was just wondering if this is normal or if i just need a new cooler.
And i'm on a i7 2700k sandy bridge with the stock cooler and i'm running stock speeds. BTW SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH

seems a little warm consider a new cooler something simple like a coolermaster hyper 212. Intels do run hot but that doesn't seem too bad!

yes it's fine for the stock cooler.

idle temperatures depend on ambient temperatures more than anything, and your i7 2600k has a Tcase of 72.6C, so you're fine

you can operate your CPU up to the maximum Tcase allowed with no problems. If it starts to go above that I would recommend getting a new CPU cooler, mostly anything will be better than the stock cooler.

Edit: wait wait, I got confused here for a second sorry. T case is more to do with the microchip itself, but CORE temperatures are what you should be looking at. If your core temperatures are below 90C then they are fine, which type are you getting your readings from? a 70C core temperature on full load is actually pretty decent, and nothing you have to worry about.

at 90C core temperatures your CPU will start to downclock and throttle itself for heat protection, and at about 105C, which is the thermal limit of the transistors, your CPU will shut down and possibly suffer permanent damage, so you're nowhere close to that so it's fine.
