So I have a amd gpu and today opened up my Radeon host manager and saw something called fortnite with 3.8 million hours(Picture bellow) It was opened on the 29th and I did download a suspicious file at the time I work a lot with potential malware and normally can figure it out
but the issue with this is that its very close to a legit file size.

This ping.exe is 22kb and a normal ping.exe used by windows is 14-16kb people say a rat would be around 100kb+ so my question is am I ratted?
The only reason I am questioning this is because it shows up in Radeon manager as fortnite and I don't play fortnite I have like 3 hours in the game.

along with ping.exe i also have ping.exe.mui and cant find anything explaining the mui file, the mui is 11kb

I have ran virus scans with sophos home and windows defender and it comes up clean.

I will reset my pc but am wondering how much data it stole

"it shows up in Radeon manager as fortnite and I don't play fortnite I have like 3 hours in the game. "

You don't play fortnite, but you have 'like 3 hours in the game'.

So you DO play fortnite, at least in the recent past.
Correct?

"and I did download a suspicious file at the time I work a lot with potential malware and normally can figure it out "
"I will reset my pc but "

No....full wipe and reinstall.
Not a simple 'reset'.
