Is my voltage to low

I recently Built my pc with a Ryzen 5 1600x I overclocked it to 3850mhz on 1.27v i have been reading that most people running the same OC have been using 1.35v on overage is this unsafe?
I have run prime 95 on the computer for around 20 minutes and my cpu was staying at about 65C I know you should run prime 95 for a couple of hours but I have not gotten to that yet I will try that very soon

Cpu: Ryzen 5 1600x
Mobo: Gigabyte ax370 gaming k5
CPU cooler: be quiet dark rock pro 3
PSU: be quiet dark power pro 11 750w

That's decent. Stability test will be key, though.
