Question Is MYTVOnline3 an IPTV service or not ?

Does anyone know if the MYTVOnline3 app is an IPTV provider or just a viewing client? I'm planning on getting a Formuler Android box and it has it on there by default. Do I have to link it to an IPTV server or will it search the internet for me for live cable TV streams?

You need to link it to content you subscribe to. It does not seek out any streams you don't configure it to know about

i don't know. you'd have to ask them why they made it the way they did.
