i bought a hp N012tx laptop recently and i have a doubt whether these both are same because in my bill its printed as NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M but in my graphic confugiration is showing as intel(R) h...

Solution
They are not the same. Nvidia and Intel are different manufacturers. There's an Intel graphics by default since the modern Intel CPUs have graphics processors built in. That is the Intel HD graphics you see. It looks like your laptop has "dual" or "switchable" graphics: it runs on Intel most of the time but activates the faster Nvidia add-on chip when needed (as when a game is started, for example)

The Nvidia chip is better. I'm not sure if there's a way to manually control it but the system automatically manages it. During routine operation the Intel chip is used (it's fine for ordinary use, and you won't notice any problems) but when certain programs which need more graphics power (like a game) start the Nvidia chip is activated.
